| How Does It Work? As air is circulated through the cooler, it passes through the Humitech Humidity Control Panels which have been strategically placed throughout the cooler. Humitech's panels which are filled with a natural mineral known as "Sorbite", trap the harmful molecules of bacteria, odors, and moisture. As the air in the cooler becomes drier, the temperature of the air is naturally reduced.
